First of all, we know this is a stressful time and we will do everything we can to help you through this.

We have been receiving a high volume of inquiries from Marinello students in the Greater Orange County, Los Angeles and Inland Empire area looking to transfer to our academy for Cosmetology, Esthetician, Manicuring and Makeup Artistry education.

“My beauty school lost their financial aid… what do I do now?”

Yes, the rumors are true. Marinello’s School of Beauty has closed all their schools for non-compliance and unethical financial aid practices via Department of Education audits.

Certainly, if you are newly enrolled or attended one of their beauty schools you should be very concerned and look for another academy immediately. Throughout the last 48 years our family run beauty school has seen many schools use outside sources to prove job placement, expedite students diplomas without proof, and many other unethical practices. Our beauty school prides itself on upholding to ethical marketing and following financial aid compliance requirements.

If you are looking to transfer to Career Academy of Beauty there are a few important documents you will need:
– Valid High School Diploma or GED
– Paperwork from other beauty school (proof of training)

Bringing these documents to our in-house Financial Aid Officers will give them the ability to assess your current situation and get you enrolled. We know this can be a stressful situation and our staff has decades of experience helping students successfully enroll, provide proper financial aid and help you graduate successfully.

CAofB wants to help all students achieve their beauty career goals and are offering admission counseling to get students back into school and on to the right path.
